Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment To secure your event date and rental items, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event date, full payment is required upfront. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If full payment is made at the time of booking and you cancel your event: 14 days or more before the event date: You will receive a refund of any amount paid excluding the 30% deposit. Less than 14 days before the event date: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. 3. Delivery & Setup Blueprint Events will deliver and set up all rental items 30-60 minutes before scheduled time depending on rental. Clients are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, clear, and accessible. Additional fees may apply for complex setups or long-distance deliveries. Equipment should not be moved after setup without prior approval. Over 30+ is .75/per mile extra. 4. Equipment Use & Care Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment. Any damage, loss, or excessive mess caused during the rental period may result in additional charges. Children must be supervised when using inflatables, treat machines, or other interactive equipment. 5. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to delay or cancel outdoor setups for safety reasons. Clients are encouraged to have an alternate indoor location or reschedule. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather unless determined unsafe by our team. 6. Photos & Media Use By using our services, you grant Blueprint Events permission to take and use photos or videos of the equipment at your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing before the event date. 7. Privacy Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for booking and communication purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. 8.
