Refund Policy

At Blueprint Events, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to prepare and reserve equipment and services for your event.
 

Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your event date and rental items. This deposit covers initial planning, scheduling, and the reservation of your selected equipment. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability.

Full Payments

If full payment is made at the time of booking and you cancel your event:

  • 14 days or more before the event date: You will receive a refund of any amount paid excluding the 30% deposit.

  • Less than 14 days before the event date: No refunds will be issued.

  • ​All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. If you need to reschedule:

  • You must notify us at least 7 days in advance of your event date.

  • We will apply your deposit to a future date subject to availability. 

  • Only one reschedule is allowed without penalty.

Weather-Related Cancellations

​In the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to delay or cancel outdoor setups for safety reasons. Clients are encouraged to have an alternate indoor location or reschedule. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather unless determined unsafe by our team.

No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations

If you cancel within 48 hours of the event or fail to provide access to the venue, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
