Our Policies

Clear guidelines for a smooth booking experience

Booking Policy

Deposits & Payments

  • 30% deposit required to secure your date

  • Remaining balance due 7 days before your event

  • We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to new dates (subject to availability)

  • Bookings made within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Weather Policy

  • Outdoor events require alternate indoor location or tent rental

  • In case of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services for safety reasons in case of severe weather (lightning, heavy winds, etc.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

  • Reschedules are allowed based on availability, but must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive mess caused to equipment during the rental period.

  • Children must be supervised at all times when using inflatables or treat machines.

  • Please do not move or tamper with equipment after setup.

Photo/Video Release

  • We may photograph/video your event for marketing purposes

  • If you prefer not to be featured in any photos or videos from your event, please notify us in writing prior to the event date.

  • You're welcome to use our equipment photos for personal sharing

Time Extensions & Overtime Fees

  • Overtime requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability

  • Additional time is billed $50-$150/hour depending on the rental item
